HOW WE WORK
AI-Enhanced Production, Human-Verified Quality
Modern OCR engines, AI assistants, and automated tools accelerate research, analysis, and draft production – they don’t replace specialist judgment. Every page passes through human verification before delivery. We use Claude and GPT for concept work and research, Whisper for transcription, DeepL for translation reference, and ABBYY FineReader as our OCR backbone. The technical implementation – formatting, layout, structural integrity, multilingual consistency – stays with the specialist who owns the project end to end.
We price by output complexity and required quality, not by hours logged. A document delivered correctly the first time costs less than the same document delivered wrong and re-done. Around 93-95% of our projects ship within one round of revisions. The remaining few may take a second pass when the client’s requirements evolve mid-project – we don’t push back on that.

We’re based in Ukraine and operate as a remote-distributed team. Clients reach us through email, Upwork, and direct introductions worldwide. Time-zone coverage means urgent projects can move forward outside our clients’ working hours.
Every engagement runs under an NDA by default. We sign client-provided NDAs or use our own bilingual EN-UK template – your choice. Files transfer through encrypted channels and stay on our infrastructure only as long as the project requires, with cleanup automated after delivery.
We handle full production work across all Latin-script and Cyrillic-script languages. For complex scripts – CJK (Chinese, Japanese, Korean), Arabic, Hebrew, Indic – we deliver design and formatting; text verification on those scripts requires native-speaker collaboration we can coordinate or that the client provides.
Anything from a single-page document to multi-thousand-page engagements. We typically run 5-7 active projects in parallel and scale delivery to match scope and timeline. Larger projects are evaluated case by case during the quote stage.
