About the Client
The World Health Organization (WHO) is the UN’s health agency; its Regional Office for Africa leads health-system support across the continent.
Challenge & Solution
WHO needed the user guide for its Health Labor Market Analysis (HLMA) Support Tool migrated from an outdated Word layout to a clean, modern InDesign design. Our team rebuilt the 46-page manual end-to-end:
- New cover and section openers
- Corporate fonts, colors, and paragraph styles
- A custom icon set for info, important, and tip callouts
- Modern on-brand overlays on the tool’s Excel screenshots
- Print-ready and interactive PDF outputs from a single source
Structure & Navigation
Dense procedures are made scannable – color-coded step boxes, numbered sequences, and the custom callout icon set guide the reader, while full-bleed section openers separate the guide’s parts. All content was extracted from the legacy files and reflowed into the new design.
